This policy describes how Apex Health Technologies LLC (“we”, “us”), maker of Elevate HMS, handles information when you visit this website or receive communications sent through Elevate HMS on behalf of healthcare staffing agencies that use our software (“Agencies”).

Information we process

  • Contact details such as name, email address and mobile phone number.
  • Employment and credentialing information an Agency collects to place and employ healthcare professionals.
  • Messages exchanged by text, and records of message delivery and opt-outs.
  • Basic technical information (such as IP address and browser type) when you use our websites.

How we use it

We process information on behalf of Agencies to provide recruiting, credentialing, onboarding, timekeeping and payroll services, to send the communications described below, to secure our systems, and to comply with law. We do not sell personal information.

Text messaging (SMS)

  • Agencies may send you text messages about job opportunities, onboarding and credentialing requirements, timecards, verification codes and recruiter follow-ups. Message frequency varies.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to opt out at any time; reply HELP for help. After you opt out you will not receive further texts unless you reply START.
  • Mobile phone numbers and text-messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with service providers (such as our messaging carrier) solely to deliver messages.
  • Please do not send documents or health information by text. Use the secure upload link your Agency provides.

Security and retention

Data is hosted in the United States on infrastructure covered by a HIPAA business associate agreement, encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is limited by role. We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law (for example, employment and tax record rules).
