These terms apply to this website and to communications sent through Elevate HMS, software provided by Apex Health Technologies LLC. Agencies that license Elevate HMS are governed by their written agreements with us.

SMS terms

Program: healthcare staffing agencies using Elevate HMS send recruiting, onboarding, credentialing, timecard and account-verification text messages to healthcare professionals who have provided their mobile number.
Frequency: message frequency varies.
Cost: message and data rates may apply.
Opt out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. Reply START to resume.
Help: reply HELP or email apexhealth2026@outlook.com.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

This site is provided for information. Access to Elevate HMS applications is limited to authorized users of licensed Agencies.
